Description
Enjoy remote relaxation and fresh clean mountain oxygen. Your family will love this June Lake Interlaken condominium and the down-canyon area along June Lake Loop. And remember, we grow trout big and plentiful. Start with Gull Lake next to your condo, or fish along Rush Creek, Silver Lake, Grant Lake, Gull Lake, and of course June Lake. There is biking, boating, sightseeing, and hiking. A short five-minute drive will take you to the Rush Creek Trailhead where you can access Agnew, Gem, and Waugh Lakes. So much to explore from Yosemite National Park to the many natural hot springs or even just a sunset dinner at the Whoa Nellie Deli overlooking Mono Lake. When the leaves change the June Lake area becomes alive with fall color, a photographer's dream. Make sure you also stay to see this area in the winter, it becomes magical. Only a two-minute drive to the open slopes of June Mountain Ski Area and 20 minutes to the world-famous Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.
Enter the spacious condo and to the left is the master bedroom which offers a wood decorative king size bed, rocking chair for reading, large window with natural light, and full attached bathroom. Just down the hall, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. In the light and bright kitchen, you will also find a washer and dryer. The beautifully colored wood dining table seats four along with two at the counter. The comfortable living room has a rocking chair, love seat, armchair, and futon for seating. A 32" flat-screen TV with a DVD player for entertainment. Open the sliding glass doors from the living room to the deck. There you will find relaxing deck chairs to enjoy the magnificent views of Gull Lake and the Sierra!

Overall, great. This is the third Interlaken property weve stayed in, and we find it a great way to go. My complaints boil down to the garbage disposal didnt work and it needed a better can opener. Other than that, accommodations were comfortable, the view is fantastic, and my family was happy.

The team that manages this property is very efficient. I was in the area and dropped into the office to sign papers - in and out in 15 min. The check in was seamless and we were allowed in an hour early.

I came to this unit after teaching online for the last year. The minute I walked in and saw the view the stress left me. I sat on the balcony overlooking the lake before unloading the car. The lake, the meadow, the small fishing boats and paddle boarders, and the happy yells of children jumping in the lake from the rope swing was just what I needed. The decor of the unit was so appropriate to the area - carved fish, pine tree lights. The location was perfect. I could walk to town, families could walk to the playground, there is a mile trail through aspen to the other side of the lake, 30 minutes to Tioga Road and Yosemite, 30 minutes to Mammoth Lakes - it is the perfect location for so much and June Lake is a hidden gem.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions between the Covid safety and the fire affecting the air quality and closed hiking trails. I called several times and everyone I spoke to gave great recommendations on where to see Fall Color and even though we have been coming to the area for 15 years, I learned some new spots to check out like Green Creek Road.

Beautiful property. We stayed in the units that are Gull Lake Front. The unit we stayed in was partially remodeled so that was good. Clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The stairs are a killer for those of us over 65 to bring your luggage, food and other items when you arrive and leave. Definitely not senior or handicap friendly. If you get a top unit which are beautiful units it's 47 steps from the garage one way.
