A loft area, accessible via a playful ladder, includes a comfortable full-sized bed for extra guests.
Upstairs, the sunlit living room boasts stunning views of Carson Peak, two queen sleeper sofas, a 55" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings. I would have liked to have known about the musty, wet carpets downstairs so that I could have had the option of moving to another unit or another place entirely. Because of the odor we had to keep the window open the entire time.

We stayed at Edgewater 19, which we booked last minute for a holiday weekend. This was such a great value given the proximity to everything and amount of beds. Door and garage access was a breeze. Super appreciative that we got to use the garage for storage and even utilized the life jackets to keep on our paddle boards for safety. We cooked all meals and were thankful how well stocked the kitchen was. Extra towels were great! Shower temperature is backwards so dont be fooled that there is no hot water. The kids loved the loft and it was great to have a separate space for them. Overall great rental and wonderful location!!

One complaint was the bedroom next to furnace was noisy every time furnace kicked on. The oven was beautiful but sometimes the oven would not stay lit. But these were minor inconveniences. But overall, the condo was beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay in same unit again.
