Needs a new bed. When you go on vacation, one of the most important things is getting a good nights sleep! MANAGER/OWNER RESPONSE: The mattress and box springs are less than 3 years old. After seeing your review of the unit, it was discovered that there was a manufacturer's defect in the box springs. The box springs have since been replaced as of August 2017. We agree that a good night's sleep is important for a restful vacation.

After reading terms and conditions of rental agreement, I contacted (left a message with) June Lake Accommodations. Within 30 minutes, someone had returned my call and answered my question. The person was so pleasant and friendly that it left me feeling confident in the choice I had made - can't really describe - just made me feel really good.....

We had an amazing time! We are a family of 4 (two boys ages 12 and 7). I was worried a one bedroom would feel too small, but this condo is big and spacious. Brought an air mattress as couch sofas can be uncomfortable and we never had to use it! This condo is the best of the lot as far as location - beautiful view and very quiet. We will be returning next year!

If given the opportunity our family of 4 (two adult children) will definitely return. We absolutely loved the quiet beautiful setting and view from the condo. And, we really enjoyed the hiking, kayaking and biking in the area. We also drove to Mammoth to hike which was great, but definitely prefer the quiet June Lake area. We were lucky to be staying on the quiet side of Gull Lake because there was a lot of road construction closer to town. Thanks for a perfect family holiday!!!

The condo was perfect our family of four. We had plenty of space for sleeping, playing games, cooking and eating together. It was very quiet. Not sure if that was due to the holidays but appreciated none the less. The view was spectacular and proximity to June Mountain was wonderfully close after a long day of skiing.
